Global Entertainment Marketing & Media Integration (Gem2i) (the "Company") - a company of the ACapital Group. Its origins dates back to 1993 where an entertainment and promotion partnership was first established at leading United States' institutions of higher learning. During those days, promotions and events were the main part of our business. We worked with several artists such as Carlos Santana, Mark Anthony, Tito Nieves, India, Funk Master Flex and several others within the Latin and New York city's artist community.

At the turn of the century, the company's executives began its international reach and operations. A partnership with Xclusive Productions (US) and Elite Entertainment/GT Holding (Peru) was created and the company began to operate in South America. Under this collaboration of concepts and ideas, we worked with some of the biggest global brands and names in the entertainment community. Our company's executives created sucessful campaigns and events for Red Bull, Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal, Motorola, HBO, Backus, Corona, just to name a few. As we expanded our company's network and created strategic alliances within the Latin American and European Markets, the company worked with top promoters to bring artists such as Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Steve Lawler, Lexicon Avenue, Wally Lopez, Tom Novy, Bad Boy Bill, John Aquaviva, Mauro Picotto, Elio Riso, Steve Porter and many others. The company also participated and aided in the development of the South America Music Conference (Lima, Peru- hosted at Lava Lounge); Subliminal Sessions South American Tour & Cocoon Latin American sessions.

During this period the company also began its clubbing division with its established partnerships (Xp/Elite-Peru). The partnership designed, developed and operated an original concept - Lava Lounge - which became a top three venue within the South American continent and a first of its kind in the Lima Market. The success of this partnership within this market helped in the expansion of our marketing and events' portfolio.

In 2003, the partnership expanded its offering to include a new marketing product and division, Entertainment Travel. The concept here was not to be considered a travel agency but, instead, to provide all the back office support for out of region events' promotions. Our company began to market and participate on some of the top global events within North America, South America and Europe. We created marketing campaigns for some of the most recognized festivals and Electronic music events and helped to bring them to the local markets. Our patnership was later expanded to include top promoting companies in Miami, Dominican Republic, Ibiza, Vegas, Chicago, NYC (Status VIP) and NJ (Elite Entertainment).

In 2005, a new partnership was developed with Elite Entertainment (NJ) and a new marketing model was introduced - Elite Worldwide. This was at the early stages of the Social Media Marketing revolution. A product was created under this new partnership to begin exploring all of the social media and online promotion possibilities. This product will be later named EliteNightLife.com - an entertainment portal which takes full advantage of social media integrations and tools - bringing the entertainment products closer to their intended audience. Our first few versions of EliteNightLife.com were, at the time, marketed and developed under MySpace technology. The newest versions have evolved to include new social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Currently, we are developing marketing techniques that will take full advantage of mobile and WebTv technology - making our company and consulting services a power house on new technology and methods for marketing and distributing our client's brands main message.

In 2007, our partnership reached another major milestone within the marketing community. We became one of the youngest firms to plan, promote and host an official Super Bowl event. This expanded our Event's division and solidified our standing as a premier event producer and marketing company.

As we look forward into the future, with the early success of EliteNightLife.com and the growth of our marketing and promotions network, GEM2i stands to gain from the explosive growth of the social media marketing revolution. We stand above and beyong our competition due to our diversified portfolio of products and experiences, our current technologies and marketing methodology and our various markets' partnerships.
